If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. 

Please note that if your item(s) was a custom or special request order(s) by you, the customer, they are non-returnable or refundable. If there is a defect in the item that I created for you , I will work with you to correct the problem.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non­-refundable.   

Refund:  Once I receive your item(s), I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the amount that you paid for the item. The cost of shipping the item to you is non-refundable.
